Clean and spacious rooms
Parking facility was at back of hotel - staff very helpful
Check in was seamless and easy - was a hot day and we were given a lovely cold tea
The White Elephant restaurant - food, drinks and staff were grean
The Tipsy Elephant staff were great as were our cocktails
The breakfast has a good range of food - hot coffee and nice selection of teas and juices. Staff were attentive

Our stay at SureStay Hotel by Best Western Vientiane was both comfortable and convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and had pleasant personalities. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is well-located, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and the night market nearby, making it easy to explore the local area. Additionally, the gym is well-equipped.
