The washing machine and dryer should be free for staying customers and not $8 per wash.. its expensive.
Other than that, the location is very convenient & easy to go to! Right beside Farrer Park MRT station!

Location is next to Farrer Park MRT and opposite city square mall. It is clean and has in house laundry, only downside is sharing fridge otherwise all is good

Lyf Ferrer Park is located above the MRT which makes moving anywhere in Singapore super convenient. Upon entering the hotel, the large opening with hugh spaces is shockingly amazing. The reception area is well maintained and the front-line staff are friendly and helpful making my stay at Lyf FP a memorable stay. A 24-hours restaurant is just across which is visible from my room (see attached photo) with good spread of food choices.
While staying Lyf Ferrer Park from 21 - 23 May, I would like to express my appreciation to RAZDEE for his professionalism and patient in helping me to cancel a duplicated reservation. Razdee is well versed with on-line booking hence he guided and explained to me step by step, the methods of making such reservation to ensure no complications later. In today’s busy life style, it is hard to find such employee showing care and concern for their guests. I fully enjoyed my stay at Lyf Ferrer Park feeling secured and confidence knowing that such excellent services will be extended when needed.

The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Good location just few seconds walk to the closest MRT station. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. There is a mall nearby, just few minutes walk.
A bland reception during check-in, seems like the person don't wanna work there.
The room is clean and nice. Housekeeping is done every three days, wished it was daily, but no biggie.
You'll have to ask for the slippers, toothbrush etc. during check-in, items are not readily available in the room.
Clothes iron/press is on the 1st floor inside the laundry room.
Overall, the accomodation is reasonably priced.

everything is good except that no daily room cleaning is provided , no tv & fridge inside the room. air-conditioning is cold enough comfortable bed

The location is very good, close to the subway station. There is a small shopping mall opposite, which has Ya Kun, Toast Workshop, Lao Chang Kee, etc. There is also a supermarket where you can buy fresh ingredients or souvenirs.
