It was a nice new hotel. The location was great and the hospitality was also good.
However, I booked a "superior suite room" on Trip.com, but the room I was shown was definitely a "standard" room.
I gave up because it was cheap, but I was quite disappointed. Was it an operational error?

The staff from the lady who cleans the rooms to the owner are great. They are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean, modern, the shower/bathroom probably the best I have encountered in Greece. Breakfast is cooked to order from the menu, ok it takes a bit of time but well worth it, you struggle to eat it all. Located in Rhodes old town you have a plethora of restaurants, snack bars etc to choose from. Only down side noise at night from open air club/bar. The hotel has done what it can to reduce it double glazing etc. Sight seeing The Grand Masters Palace, The Museum, Path of the Gods etc but really it's the town itself lots and lots of side streets to explore and bars to find.

This is a gorgeous hotel, I was given such a warm welcome. I stayed one night but wish I could have stayed longer. Everything was immaculately clean. The breakfast was excellent. The location is very good. I was in ground floor room but felt safe. In May it was quiet at night despite being very central. Highly recommend!

Absolutely everything about thishotel was fantastic. Our room and bathroom were smal, but very comfortable and certainly big enough for our needs. Location couldn't be better. Breakfast extremely good, with a good choice of food on their menus. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had the warmest of warm welcomes at the Wine Hotel. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, everything we could have possibly needed was provided. The location is perfect. We had to catch a morning ferry and it is very conveniently located for the harbour as well as being within the ancient walls of the town. Breakfast was lovely and we were even offered a lift to the harbour!

Although we didn’t stay in the Hotel it’s in our list for our return. The wine bar was lovely and friendly. Run by husband & wife team who are very welcoming and offer a good choice of wine and other drink choices. The other staff who work in the hotel/wine bar were equally friendly and professional. There is a lovely external decking area so you can watch the world go by whilst enjoying a glass of wine and snacks.

I highly recommend the Wine Hotel. It’s a new hotel with everything you could want and more! The hospitality of the owners and staff were incredible. The breakfasts were divine. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, complete with Old City charms and next to delicious tavernas. The wine they offered was wonderful! Cheers to the best experience I could have hoped for! I will definitely return!
