I often travel for business and stay in quite a few chain hotels. Lavande has always been a brand with affordable prices and guaranteed environmental hygiene in my mind, but this one really surprised me. I woke up in the middle of the night and the bed was full of flying insects. I called the front desk in the middle of the night but no one answered. I didn’t know if I was asleep or doing other things. I could only stay awake until dawn... I really hope the hotel can take control of it.

這次住的房間窗子外能看到樹，挺安靜的一家酒店。退房時前台姐姐的態度還挺温柔 courteously_recept，東西丟在房間裏也沒着急走人，説是給我留前台，挺好的。不過早餐那條自助網上的人不少，得站會兒 queue。服務、環境都可以吧。早上被陽光曬醒了 Sun，要是窗簾能再暗一些會更好。晚上泡了個澡也挺解乏 hot_bath。
