The location is good, just 3 minutes walk from Piccadilly station and many shops and restaurants nearby. The room is small and the one who sleeps inside needs to climb over the bed to come out. The staff are nice, check in and check out were quick. Slippers, toothbruses are available upon request. Shower water is good but no door for the shower room

Superb location within 5 mins walk to Manchester Piccadilly train station. Also walking distance to most of the spots. I stayed for a night before an early flight at Manchester Airport, and this is a perfect hotel for a short stay to explore the city briefly. The staff also offered me brownies and a glass of special cocktail when I arrived at the hotel.

Very nice and central hotel. Perfect for my short stay with good access to the train station. It was booked for a night and due to it having a gym. The gym was a little lackluster but still more than good enough and very good value opinion.

Excellent modern hotel, fantastic location near railway station, and Northern Qaurter, Canal and easy walking distance to Co op Arena. Breakfast is as good as you will have in any hotel anywhere!!

Location is extremely convenient. Place is nice and clean. Staff members are extremely helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again if I have chance to revisit Manchester in the future.

The hotel room, cleanliness, and location were all good! However, the hotel rooms are connected by a single door, so there is no soundproofing at all. The people in the next room called their friends at 4 in the morning and made a lot of noise, so I called the front desk and asked them to fix it, but they were very rude. However, I was very satisfied with the hotel room. It was perfect except for the soundproofing.
