Poor hotel without shampoo or coffee/tea kettle in the room. Also, room is not clean and full of dust. Their cleaning service is not functioning. Service is nice at the reception.

The location is a little bit far but accessible by train. Not much restaurant or anything around the area.

Breakfast was awful and a rip off for the price.
No plates readily available and had to be asked for.
Food was cold as the hot plates were not hot enough.
Coffee machine ran out of milk and took an age to be noticed and refilled.
Teaspoons ran out and when replaced only 2 were brought out despite breakfast still being open.

Well located 10 min closed to airport. Very clean. Cozy coffee bar. Very helpful front desk guy. Close supermarkets. Excellent for layover.

The room was clean and the bathroom also clean and had everything I needed. I have absolutely no complaints there.
WLAN worked well and reliably, except for a few disconnects, but it was not included.
The cleaning personnel offered to clean the room more frequently than was necessary, which was fine, but I don't need my room to be cleaned every day or even every second day. I keep it quite clean anyway.
The only thing I missed was a little fridge to put drinks in, so that I could cool water bottles or milk.
The reception desk people were also always friendly and understood my bad Spanish and were helpful. Thank you.
If you don't have to be in the very center of Madrid, the location of this hotel is still fine, since the metro is merely 5min away walking distance and quickly gets you anywhere in Madrid.
