I had a terrible experience during my stay at Hilton Goa. First, we were given our room one hour late, without any proper explanation or apology. When we requested to be shown to our room, Tripti (the manager) completely ignored our request and offered no assistance whatsoever. The worst part was the bathtub filled with dirty, foul-smelling water—it looked and smelled like gutter water. We immediately raised this issue, but no one helped us, and our concerns were brushed off. For a hotel that claims to offer premium hospitality, this was a shockingly poor level of service. I would not recommend Hilton Goa to anyone expecting even basic cleanliness and customer support.
