The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated right next to Sanfang Qixiang and conveniently connected to the metro. Recent renovations have kept the interior fresh, with rooms appearing brand new. Other previous reviews online mentioned water leakage concerns, but evident efforts have been made to address this, with new waterproof materials applied in bathrooms and around windows. Cleanliness is maintained at a high standard by dedicated staff. Overall, a highly commendable hotel.

Dongbai Lanes is definitely a great location to stay in Fuzhou, next to Sanfang Qixiang with great access, shopping mall & great restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms were beautiful, spacious & amenities were good including breakfast. Only challenge no Concierge or the reception staffs who try to help have limited capabilities for foreigners. Nevertheless still a great hotel to stay.

This hotel near san fang qi xiang. You just need to go down stairs infront of the hotel. Behind this hotel there is highend mall. Alot of branded things. So convenient. Breakfast is delicious, chinese breakfast style. The rooms spacious and clean.

Enjoy the stay at this hotel. Location is excellent - close to shopping mall n tourist attractions. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience and cleanliness.

The location of this hotel is excellent. But facilities wise is a bit short eg no swimming pool, limited gym hours, only 1 restaurant etc
