I really enjoyed my stay. The room was not old and the view of the top floor is beautiful. W lounge was also so amazing. I would definitely stay again

Absolutely fantastic, staff were amazing! Super helpful. We travelled with our 2 month old twins. Everyone was extremely welcoming and accommodating! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Location- Superb
Gym - Excellent
Front of House - Very poor. Didn't reflect the W service that we experienced in other countries. No smile, didn't look like she wanted to work there (Christina) , didn't brief us about what came with our reservation, ie breakfast and where to go for it. Asked for late check out at 2pm , which was granted. Thank you, however at 1.40pm , they sent someone at our door to make sure we leave the room ! Horrible and embarrassing. The deposit that they took during check in from our CC hasn't been refunded yet!
Good beakfast which was from ala carte and it was the only good service we had here... thank you Ryan for the tips on Dean Village, We went there and it was beautiful.
Overall -:For the money that we spent, this stay was a let down. I will not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel , central location for all the attractions in Edinburgh, attentive & friendly staff.
Disappointed we couldn’t get outside on the top terrace due to the strong winds .
Will just need to return !

None of us was satisfied with the staff called Camile.
The manager was nice. The supervisor was nice.
The other staff especially like Camile was like a newbie that likes to throw his attitude to guests. Honestly we felt like racist and disappointed as W hotel should come with 5 star service.
The facilities are good but I wouldn’t even consider W hotels in other cities. Lots of luxury brand of hotels to choose, why W 😵💫
