Conveniently located 5 min away from Emquartier. I would have liked a proper coffee machine and capsules. Also thr tv needs upgrading. We are in 2024 and people want more than 10 channles...get a mutlimedia one on which we can watch YouTube and log on our Netflix

My ordered AOT limo for the airport which didn’t show up in the morning. The hotel’s receptionist wasn’t too optimistic about helping me out for the situation and I had a flight to catch. I asked her to help me call AOT and ask for the situation. She doesn’t seem to be too willingly to call, and when she did, she asks me to speak with them directly. I don’t speak Thai and their English not the best. At the end I just called a Grab ride and went to the airport. Maybe it was just too early in the morning and hotel receptionist got caught in between shifts? Other than that the hotel has been great.

Everything is fine except 1) room is a bit old. 2) no “YOU TUBE” provide by hotel. Under the brand of Hilton, I think it should be improved.

Travel with a young child who has allergies to egg and wheat. Hotel staffs are very helpful and willing to accommodate his dietary needs for his breakfast. I would like to give a big thanks to the hotel staffs and chefs who prepared fried rice and stir fried vegetables every morning.
Location wise is not very near to BTS station, required 5 mins walk, there are a lot of Japanese cuisine along the way to BTS station. There is also a Michelin Star local noodle just beside the hotel.
We were there during the earthquake incident, didn’t notice any cracks in my hotel room and dining area. It’s a pleasant place to stay for the 4 nights.
