Great location. Room exactly the same listing and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Value for money! Parking is a chore and expensive in city centre but you will need to find other cheaper and walkable alternative car parks.

Location is great, easy access to many places. Room is good but the house keeping needs to be improved as I need to ring reception for 2 days to request to do housekeeping.

Breakfast was decent but a bit repetitive, so it would’ve been nice to have some different options on different days. The location was great and really convenient, but cleanliness could definitely be improved — the bathroom and cups weren’t properly cleaned. There’s no on-site hotel parking, and the alternatives were quite expensive. The most cost-effective option was Victoria Street parking, about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel charged $59 per night for Wilson Parking, but it came with limitations, which made things quite difficult. On the plus side, complimentary dental kits were provided, which was a nice touch.

The hotel is located in the central of the city, just a few minutes walking to all the sceneries. The room is very cozy with clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Highly recommended!
